Brian Ó hEadhra is an established and highly acclaimed musician & singer based in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland. He performs regularly with the Gaelic quartet Cruinn as well as with the trio MacGregor, Brechin & Ó hEadhra. Brian also performs as a solo singer-songwriter (in Scottish Gaelic & English) and also with his wife, the prestigious Gaelic & English language singer-songwriter Fiona Mackenzie. His music is possibly best known across the folk world through the band Anam which he established in 1994.

Brian sings and writes songs in English, Irish and Scottish Gaelic. Over the years he has brought out eight albums with different acts including a solo album of his songs called 'Life'. His latest album was released in January 2011 and is entitled 'An t-Allt' (The Stream).

Alongside his music, Brian is the Scottish Gaelic Arts & Culture Officer for Bòrd na Gàidhlig & Creative Scotland. Brian is a passionate supporter of Gaelic and is often involved in a number of regional and community projects supporting the language and culture.
